We went for tourism, to enjoy ourselves, and we had to be wasting time and having bad times because they did not return our money, which arose from a mistake on their part. When we came back a week later, they still didn't refund our money again, they lied to us about it and they didn't offer us an honest solution. When we left they told us that they were going to transfer the money they owed us to our bank account, which did not happen. We talked to many people and none of them solved the problem, nobody gave us a solution to return the money for having charged us the same thing twice. When we returned a few days later, again they did not have a record that we had already paid for that stay, again they were going to make us pay them twice for the same thing. They made us pay for the second time for the night. As we were about to leave after the first night, we were charged for the night we had already paid for. We were going to be at 3 different times.
